Free consultations to determine which doula in your geographical area is the best fit for you.
A detailed intake form so the doula can tailor their services to your needs.
During each two-hour visit, your postpartum doula will help with anything from childcare and light housekeeping to informational, emotional, and physical support.
Screening for postpartum mental health and anxiety disorders to give you immediate access to additional support and resources.
