- Schedule a separate appointment for each person who will be taking a test.
- Each test takes 15 minutes to complete. You can only take one test at a time per cellphone.
- Each independent adult must create their own account and appointment.
- If you are scheduling on behalf of a dependent, please schedule your own appointment first. The system will then automatically direct you to schedule an appointment for your dependent under your account.
- Add your dependent’s information on the screen that asks who is the patient.
You will be asked to upload your photo ID during the registration process. We’ll send you a scheduling confirmation email with instructions on how to take the test on the video call.
Note: Each independent adult must create their own account and appointment.
