Send a secure link for your employees to create their account and upload their vaccination record. Once submitted, we will confirm the supplied vaccine record matches the submitted employee data and identification. Once confirmed, you will be notified of the vaccination status and your employees will have their records available in the AZOVA app.

AZOVA’s testing automation system is compatible with any Emergency Use Authorized test and will automatically notify each employee who needs to be tested with a link for registration each week.
