  • You will receive a lab order QR code confirmation email.
  • Print out your confirmation or show your confirmation on your phone at a participating pharmacy location.
  • You must have a QR code confirmation for EACH person who is being tested.
  • Your pharmacist will verify your lab orders before you can purchase your kits.
  • You can purchase as many kits as you have QR codes for. Take your test kits home with you and take your test under video observation.
