AZOVA Birth Doula Certification

To be certified as a Doula by AZOVA you must:

Have never been convicted of a felony
Submit your doula training certificate of attendance
Upload two letters of recommendation from recent birth doula clients
Upload two letters of recommendation or evaluations from two providers

Your birth doula training attendance and letters of recommendation will be reviewed by AZOVA. The application review fee is $100. If you are approved, you will receive an AZOVA Birth Doula Certification and an offer to join our network with compensation for your doula services.
