Once you’ve completed the registration, your record will be submitted to the AZOVA vaccination records team. Our vaccination record managemet staff will confirm your record to make sure that your demographics, photo ID and vaccination card or other vaccine record information all match. We will create an electronic Vaxigo vaccination record, a COVID Credential, and a Health Pass for travel automatically for you.
