How it works

  1. Create or sign into your AZOVA account from your mobile or desktop device.
  2. Choose a sleep care provider who is licensed in your state.
  3. Select your preferred date and time for a virtual consultation.
  4. At your scheduled time, join the video call via web or mobile app.
  5. Your sleep provider will analyze and interpret your sleep test data.
  6. Talk to your sleep care provider and get a personalized treatment plan, with prescription for CPAP or medications* if indicated.
