  • Once you have selected the link then follow the steps to create your purchase order.
  • After you complete your purchase order then check your email for instructions on preparing and making the video observation with our proctor for the Ellume departure and Return tests. Note: All travel destinations have a time frame in which you have to take your test. Check here to make sure you are scheduling your appointment at the correct time. All tests included in this bundle need to be registered but only the ellume tests need Video Observation.
  • ALL KITS MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT BUT ONLY THE DEPARTURE AND RETURN KIT NEED A VIDEO OBSERVATION. Please select here to schedule your Departure and Return appointments. Your day 2,5(optional) and day 8 tests appointments will be scheduled here. Note: The Uk is in an “Amber” status. Please select from the “Activate your Amber Test Kit” Blue buttons when scheduling.

All times are in reference to Mountain Standard Time. All 9pm references are according to UPS standards and each time zone where they service.

Results

The Azova Oral/Nasal PCR Test Kits are sent to a Physical lab and the Ellume Covid-19 Home Test is a rapid test with the results sent via email from Azova 30 minutes after you select "Run Test." Please call Customer Support at 844 692 9682 if you do not receive your results 1 hour after you finish your test.

Azova Oral/Nasal PCR Test

  • Results will be sent via email 12–36 hours after your package is delivered to the lab for testing. Results are sent to the email attached to the account holder. Dependent results will be sent to the same email as the account holder.

Ellume COVID-19 Home Test

  • Azova results will be sent 15 minutes via email after the timer in the Ellume app completes. Results are sent to the email attached to the account holder. Dependent results will be sent to the same email as the account holder.
Refunds and Returns
  • Refunds
    • All refunds are determined on a case by case basis. A Refund may take 3 to 7 business days to process and will be sent to the card that made the purchase. Your request for refund and/or return must be submitted by calling Customer Support at 844 692 9682 within 30 days, this includes business days, holidays and weekends.
  • Returns
    • Unopened and unused kits can be returned in 30 day from the date of purchase with a $15 per order restocking fee plus a $5 per kit restocking fee.
