To help practices deploy telemedicine very quickly during COVID-19, AZOVA has given a grant to Independent Doctors of Idaho in which we have waived all monthly marketplace license fees ($39-125/mo plans are now free!). When you sign up, you will be listed in the IDID marketplace where patients can come and book any eVisit or office visit with you online. You complete your eVisits from your computer or phone.
You will also receive a custom webpage to link to email or text to your patients to self-register if desired. You can also link your custom webpage to your own website. Technology fees per encounter still apply (store and forward visits: $10; telephone visits: $14; video visits: $18). You charge what you want and can accept insurance. You bill insurance the same way you normally do. When patients register online, they will enter their insurance information and we will send it to you so you can submit a claim.
Enterprise: $43/mo per provider, paid annually
If you would like to purchase AZOVA for your practice with no technology fees, AZOVA is offering a special $43/mo per provider plan. This plan includes: one video visit clinic, a customizable intake form, a custom web link for your website for patients to self-register, unlimited secure messaging and e-prescribing, and AZOVA’s in-car check in clinic. AZOVA collects all required patient consent, insurance information, payment, assessments and intake forms.

This enterprise license also includes an in-car check in. Text or email a link to your patients. Patients can check in from their car. Your staff is notified when the patient arrives and can message the patient when it is time to come into the office. No patients are ever waiting in your lobby to remain safe during the COVID-19 outbreak.
