The only self-administered antibody test that lets you track antibody levels over time
Antibodies against the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein are formed after immunization and after a natural infection. If you do not have antibodies to both the spike and nucleocapsid proteins, it is unlikely that you have ever been infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Antibodies against the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein are formed after infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Many commonly used SARS-CoV-2 vaccinations do not induce an antibody response, or a lower response, to the nucleocapsid protein. Studies show that the greatest protection against SARS-CoV-2 is in people who have been immunized and have had been infected.
We’ll send you results for six DIFFERENT antibodies and, if antibodies are detected at significant levels, we’ll tell you the quantity of each antibody that you have.
Anti-Spike Protein antibodies (formed by immunization & infection).
Anti-Nucleocapsid Protein Antibodies (formed by natural infection)

Order your test kit and complete your medical history registration. You’ll receive an online prescription from an independent telehealth provider and then we’ll ship your kit.
When you receive your test kit, schedule a video observation with a trained test proctor at exactcov2videovoucher.azova.com. Take your test and register your sample while you are on the video call. We’ll guide you through the testing process and answer all your questions. The test requires only a few drops of blood from a simple finger stick.
Drop your kit off at a UPS store on the same day. Do not take your test on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. You’ll receive a notification the day the lab receives your test kit.
We’ll send your result via a secure email and SMS link when your results are ready. You can expect your results in approximately five to seven days from the time the lab received your sample. If you would like to discuss your results, you can book an appointment any time with a telehealth provider at exactantibody.com.

If you have significant levels of any of the COVID antibodies, we will give you a numerical value that reflects the quantity of each antibody that is detected. Each separate antibody has its own range and, if detected at or above this range, we will also tell you the quantity of that antibody.
The presence of COVID antibodies indicates immunity to the virus, but does not mean that you will not get infected or even have a sev-ere infection in the future. Studies show that individuals who have natural immunity or those who have been immunized and who have natural immunity are least likely to get severely sick or to be hospitalized or die from COVID-19.
Though it is not required, we recommend you check your COVID antibody levels up to every three months if you would like to track your antibody levels over time. This can inform you of your then current antibody levels and may be helpful in making decisions regarding immunization, travel or attendance at school, work and events.
This test requires only a few drops of blood from a simple finger stick. We’ll send you a self-collection kit that you can take on your own or under video observation if you’d like some extra guidance.
Two ways of standard shipping are included in the cost of this test.
Schedule your video call and take your test on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Register your sample while you are on the video call. Use this scheduling link to book your appointment. Appointments are available throughout the day before the cutoff time for shipping at the UPS store. You must take your test and ship it on the same day.
To make sure that your sample can be processed as quickly as possible, we do not offer proctoring for this test on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.
A COVID antibody test may NOT be right for you if you are trying to diagnose COVID-19. Note, COVID antibody tests are not approved to diagnose for an active COVID-19 infection. A COVID antibody test only shows whether the body has developed an adaptive immune response to the virus as part of a prior infection or vaccine. To test for an active COVID-19 infection, click here.
You should not get a COVID antibody test if:
A COVID antibody test, sometimes referred to as a COVID serology test, looks for antibodies in your blood that fight the virus that causes COVID-19. In both children and adults, COVID antibody testing can help identify if you were exposed to SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, and if exposed, check whether or not your body has produced a protective immune response.
COVID antibody tests may be helpful if you want to know whether your body has current detectable levels of COVID-19 antibodies because:
