You must take your test on a video call

When it is time to take your test, follow these steps to complete the video call:

• Login to your account on the AZOVA web or mobile application and join the video call waiting room by clicking on the video camera icon from your appointments tab.
• The proctor will join this call. The proctor's camera will be turned off and they will ask to see your photo ID to verify your identity.
• The proctor will assist you in taking the test.

If you made appointments for multiple family members, you can all join the call together at the same time if desired, but each person must have completed a separate appointment registration first.
