This program is for people who have a symptomatic infection with SARS-CoV-2

Here’s How It Works:

  • Complete the telehealth registration. We’ll ask for your health history including a list of all your medications and a copy of your positive COVID test result.
  • If you have kidney disease and you want to take Paxlovid if it is appropriate for you, you will need to upload lab work showing your kidney function over the last three months.
  • Based upon your condition and the requirements in your state, you will receive a secure messaging visit or a video visit. Most visits are completed within four hours. Providers are available between the hours of 9AM and 10PM EST, but you can submit your information at any time. Your chart will be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Your provider will prescribe treatment based upon your needs. Our providers can prescribe Paxlovid or other standard medications. We will even make recommendations for scientifically backed natural vitamins and supplements when appropriate. We will ask what you prefer.
  • If you receive a prescription, we’ll find a pharmacy who will deliver it or where you can pick it up. If a monoclonal antibody is recommended, we’ll communicate with your primary care provider.
  • If you are having a medical emergency or have any of these symptoms, please call 911 or go to the emergency room.
  • You must be 18 years of age to access this service.
