Download the free Ellume COVID-19 Home Test app from the App Store or Google Play store before your trip to ensure you have it when needed. This app is only available to those with a United States based App Store or Google Play account.
You will use this app to connect with your Ellume COVID-19 Home Test kit.
Download the free AZOVA app from the App Store or Google Play store and log in to your account before your trip to ensure your have it when needed.
You will use this app to complete your video observation with a proctor and to get validated results. You may also join the video call on a computer with a video camera by logging in to your account on AZOVA.com
When it is time for your test, open the AZOVA app (or login to your account on a computer with a video camera) and click on the Join Call button on your video call appointment. You will be connected with your video observation proctor. Only open your test kit when instructed to do so by the proctor.
When instructed by the proctor, complete the following steps to enter your Organization ID and Patient Code (displayed below). You will also receive these codes shortly before your video visit. If you take your test without doing this you will not receive a valid result for travel. View the steps below to enter this code.
1. Open the Ellume COVID-19 Home Test app and tap the menu in the top left corner
2. Click Organization ID from the menu (the fourth option)
3. Enter in the Organization ID and Patient Code (found below)
When instructed by the proctor, select Start a New Test in the Ellume COVID-19 Home App and watch the video with instructions on taking the test. After you complete the video, return to the AZOVA app and follow the instructions from the provider to begin the test.
When your test results are ready (15 minutes) you will receive your validated test result with proof of video observation. You will be sent an email and SMS with a link to view your results. AZOVA will dynamically create a COVID Credential™ with your results for you. You can share your results with anyone who needs them directly from your COVID Credentials via QR code, Credential ID or PDF.
Note: Positive test results will be reported to the local health ministry where you are taking your test as may required by local regulation.
