Your record will be Confirmed for a match between your demographic information, photo ID, headshot, vaccination card and self-reported vaccination information.
Your record will be Verified by referencing the organization who administered your vaccine or a government database that houses vaccination records that were submitted by your vaccination provider.
The AZOVA platform is HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST, and GDPR compliant. We believe that you should be in control of your data no matter what circumstance the world is in. By default, we share only the minimum required information about you or your status with those you share or scan your COVID Credentials. You may choose to share more personally identifiable health information, but we let you make that decision.
