STEP 1 Purchase your test 2–3 weeks before the NFL event. You must have a negative test result no more than 72 hours before arrival at an NFL event. Choose from the testing options available to you.

STEP 2 Take your at-home test within 72 hours of the event and send back your sample with UPS.

STEP 3 You will receive a digital copy of your test results 12–48 hours after the lab receives your sample. Upload and share these results with the NFL.
