Be sure to complete your registration at the pharmacy location where you will redeem your voucher. You will receive a registration confirmation email with a voucher QR code for the number of vouchers you have requested.
Go to the pharmacy that you registered with and show your voucher QR code.*We recommend you call the pharmacy first to make sure they have test kits in stock.
The pharmacist will provide you with a free COVID test kit for each QR code voucher that you have received.
No need to pay for the kits or to submit receipts or request payment. We will take care of that for you.
