Schedule your video observation session 72 hours or less before the departure of your final leg to Hawaii

• Schedule a separate appointment for each person who will be taking a test.
• Each test takes 30 minutes to complete.
• Each independent adult must create their own account and appointment, but you can all join a single call together at the same time.
• If you are scheduling on behalf of a dependent, please schedule your own appointment first. The system will then automatically direct you to schedule an appointment for your dependent under your account.
• Add your dependent’s information on the screen that asks who is the patient.

You will be asked to upload your photo ID and Passport number during the registration process. We’ll send you a scheduling confirmation email with instructions on how to take the test on the video call.
